Cozen O'Connor is looking to reopen a discontinued lawsuit filed against it by former Wolf Block lawyers, but a Philadelphia trial judge said there was nothing inconvenient or harassing to the firm that would warrant opening the case to rule on a motion he said the firm never needed to file.
