Pa. Attorney General Asks for Expedited En Banc Argument on Act 13

State Attorney General Linda Kelly filed a petition on Friday asking the Commonwealth Court to hear en banc arguments on the constitutionality of Act 13 during the June arguments session scheduled to take place in Harrisburg.
