Eckert Seamans Names First Female Board of Directors Chair

Pittsburgh-based Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott has announced Heidi B. Hamman Shakely as the new chair of its board of directors, replacing Stephen R. Delinsky, who is stepping down after 16 years in the position.
