Class Action Filed Over Flyers Winter Classic Tickets

Jenkintown, Pa.-based Stern & Eisenberg has filed a suit in the Mercer County Superior Court of New Jersey on behalf of a class of Philadelphia Flyers season ticketholders who claim the teams owner, Comcast Spectacor, breached its contract when it forced them to buy tickets to the NHL Winter Classic game separately and at a significantly higher price.
