It's Not Apparent Castille Knew of Rotwitt's Dual Roles, Judge Says

In ruling on a number of preliminary objections in the First Judicial District's lawsuit against Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel and a former partner related to the construction of a new family courthouse in Philadelphia, the judge said the defendants did not show enough evidence that they informed Pennsylvania's chief justice of the dual roles the partner was playing in the deal.
