FAA Trumps Pa. Law on Arbitration After Class Action

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has compelled arbitration between a nurse and the hospital in which she used to work, ruling that a class action waiver does not render an arbitration agreement she signed upon hiring unconscionable.
