Ricky Polston named next Florida chief justice

WILKES-BARRE, PA (AP) - Wilkes-Barre attorney Anthony J. Lupas Jr., who faces a federal fraud charge in an alleged investment scam, was hit Monday with a mortgage foreclosure lawsuit on property he owns in Buck Township.
