Killer's lawyer cites new US Supreme Court ruling

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - A serial killer's lawyer says his execution should be delayed so the Florida Supreme Court can consider more information on how a new U.S. Supreme Court ruling will affect the state.
