NC fracking bill 1 step closer to law on override

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - The Senate has voted to override Gov. Beverly Perdue's veto of a bill that would authorize fracking in North Carolina, but the House still must go along to cancel her objections to the measure on environmental and other concerns.
