Date set to hear motions for 2 ex-PSU officials

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A judge has set an Aug. 16 court date to hear oral arguments on pretrial motions in the case of two former Penn State officials charged with perjury and failing to report suspected child sexual abuse, Dauphin County Court officials said Tuesday.
