Phila. School District Meeting Records Public, Court Says

The Commonwealth Court has ruled that full texts of resolutions presented at a public meeting of the Philadelphia School District's School Reform Commission are public records, despite the school district's protests that they were exempt under the state's Right-to-Know Law.
