Good-Faith Exception for Warrantless GPS Tracking Suggested

A Montgomery County Common Pleas judge has suggested that a "good-faith" exception should be crafted to soften the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's recently announced warrant requirement for police placement of GPS tracking devices on a vehicle during an investigation.
