DA Campaign's Email Unlikely to Spur Local Inquiry

If any investigating bodies were to look into whether a fundraising email sent by District Attorney Seth Williams' campaign to his deputies and chiefs violated ethics laws, it would most likely not come from those investigators nearest his jurisdiction.
