Suit: Pa. county deprives poor of lawyers

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against Luzerne County, saying inadequate funding of the public defender's office has deprived poor defendants of their right to taxpayer-funded counsel.
