Patent Invalidity Decision Applies Prometheus

A federal district judge has issued what the winning party's lawyer believes to be the first patent invalidity decision applying the Supreme Court's recent ruling invalidating two diagnostic test patents. The March 30 decision followed the high court's ruling in Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Laboratories.
