Nursing Home Owner, Lawyer Is Convicted Of Health Care Fraud

A federal judge this week convicted George D. Houser, a Harvard-educated lawyer and member of the State Bar of Georgia, of failing to provide services in three nursing homes for which he collected $ 32.9 million in Medicare and Medicaid payments.
