Judge says bank can sue defunct SD women's shelter

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A judge has ruled that a Denver-based bank that loaned $ 1 million to a now-defunct women's shelter on a South Dakota reservation can sue in state court to try to recover its investment.
