Philadelphia Judge Rejects Pa. as Forum for Texas Asbestos Plaintiffs

A Philadelphia Common Pleas Court judge has ruled that the best forum for a Texas woman who says her mesothelioma was caused by exposure to asbestos from laundering the clothes of her father, ex-husband and current husband is not Philadelphia but the Lone Star state.
