State Judiciary Asks Lawmakers for More Funding

Pennsylvania Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille said Thursday that as the judiciary is willing to dip into its technology fund to meet operating expenses, legislators should extend a temporary fee surcharge to traffic citations in order to cover a projected $ 29.6 million shortfall under Gov. Tom Corbett's budget proposal.
